JAKARTA SOEKARNO-HATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LOUNGE
JAL provides two lounges serviced at the departure lounge in Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport for eligible passengers traveling with Japan Airlines.
Eligible Passengers:
- 1. Passengers holding confirmed Business Class Ticket
- 2. Passengers holding confirmed Normal Fare Economy Class Ticket (Booking class Y)
- 3. Members of JAL Global Club, JMB Diamond and JMB Sapphire
Both lounges sited next to each other are the Pura Indah Lounge and the JAS Premier Lounge.

This spacious lounge has three separated rooms for the business class lounge, the smoking lounge and the first class lounge with the total seat capacity of 173 passengers.

- Wide range of serve buffet style food counter and beverage bar.
- Food consisting of local & international cuisines served for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Beverage consisting of soft drinks, mineral water, juices, tea, local coffee, milk, espresso, cappucino, alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, liquor, etc
- Ladies & Gents restrooms with shower facilities

This spacious lounge has separated room entrance for smoking and non smoking room with the total seat capacity of 125 passengers.

- Wide space of self service buffet food counter and full bar set up of beverage
- Food varieties of local & international cuisines served for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Beverage consisting of soft drink, juices, etc and also full bar set up for alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, cognag, liquor, etc
- Ladies & Gents restrooms with shower facilities
- Large screen TVs with cable
- Local & international newspapers anda magazines
- Complimentary local phone calls, paid Home Country Direct and IDD calls
- Business facilities such as facsimile, photocopy machine, PC computer with wireless internet access (WI-FI)
- Flight boarding announcement



- Lounge may be used when departing on JAL, JAA, JALWAYS, JTA, JEX, JAC, HAC, or RAC flights.
- Lounge service may not be used when traveling on non-JAL Group flights.
- The lounges are open in accordance with the departure times of JAL Group flights.
- Use of a JAL Group lounge after your arrival is not permitted.
- Please be aware that you may not be able to use a lounge if it is already full.
- Passengers checking in with a JAL Mileage Bank reward ticket may also use the lounge service based on the Usage Requirements by Boarding Class.
- Passengers traveling in Economy Class on a code-share flight operated by another airline may not use lounge services even though they have a boarding pass with a JAL flight number. First and Executive Class passengers in the same situation are asked to use that airline's services, depending on the cabin class.
