Information from JAL Mileage Bank Jakarta Office: Post Flight Registration
Post travel registration is a way of requesting your unrecorded mileage. If after on board, you find your flight mileage was not shown in your account because you forgot to input your mileage number in the reservation, or you forgot to record it at the check in counter or there was an error in the system, you can claim by submitting both boarding pass and ticket copy of your sectors flown to JAL office. Only mileage of JAL & partner airlines and JAL + oneWorld airlines will be processed.

The eligibility of mileage credit is determined by following criteria:

  • 1. Post Travel Registration requests must be claimed within 6 months from onboard date.

  • 2. Accumulation of flight miles will be calculated based on the sector miles, class and fare used.

  • 3. Incompletion of necessary flight documents such as boarding pass and tickets will be rejected. Hong Kong JAL Mileage Bank Centre will then issue reject letter for it to be sent to members registered address.
