Get Award Tickets at Home!

If you pay charges by credit card, and use our mailing service for award tickets or fax service for e-ticket copies, you do not need to visit our offices anymore. Try these simple steps and save your precious time!

Point 1 Payment by credit card
For international awards, you can pay any necessary fees such as a fuel surcharge and insurance surcharges by credit card without signatures at all Asia/Oceania offices. Expedite charges, reissue charges and refund charges can also be accepted.

Point 2 How to pick up award tickets
>> When traveling on flights applicable for e-ticket*.
You will receive an "e-ticket copy" by fax, by mail or at JAL Group office of your membership registration.
* Please make sure eligible flights at the time of reservation.

e-ticket: Passenger's information such as departure dates and flight numbers is electronically stored in JAL's computer. You will receive only an "e-ticket copy" instead of a paper ticket. The copy can be reissued for free when it is lost or stolen. All you have to do is present your "e-ticket copy" at the check-in counter.

You can receive paper tickets by mail or at JAL Group office of your membership registration.

+ Tickets will be mailed only to your registered address. Mailing service is not available in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
+ Mailing/fax services are available only for credit card payment. When paying in cash, you need to visit JAL Group office of your membership registration.
