Submission of Declaration of Personal effects and Unaccompanied Articles
All the passengers entering into Japan are requested to submit Declaration of personal effects and unaccompanied articles (Japan Customs declaration) card at the time of custom inspection on/after February 1st, 2008.

The submission aims for preventing the terrorism and smuggling by the international crime organization, and also assists passenger smooth clearance on the inspection of Japan Custom.
