For more than 30 years, Japan Airlines have been promoting Family Service, a service to mother, children and elderly passenger. This service will give you a very valuable assistant during check-in, customs handling, boarding, transit and arrivals.
Eligibility regarding passengers profile:
1.Wives traveling alone.
2.Wives traveling with infants and children under the age of 16. Note: Family Service could not be applied when the husband is traveling with the wife.
3.When the number of children under 16 exceeds the number of adults Note: In this case, family service could be applied even when the husband is traveling together.
4.Children traveling alone who are over 12 years but under the age of 16.
5.Elderly parents or grandparents (or a single elderly parent or grandparent)over 60 years old.
Note:
This service is only available for passengers using individual normal fares or JMB award tickets traveling in Business or First Class. Family Service is also available for Yobiyose ticket (ticket starting from Japan issued in Indonesia). Transiting passenger are not eligible.
