How to Accumulate Your Flight Mileage

Being a JAL Mileage Bank Member, you can enjoy various benefit from Japan Airlines by accumulating your Flight Miles. The main method is to provide your JMB membership number when making reservation at travel agency or JAL office. Please make sure that your JMB number has been input to our computer system, otherwise your mileage will not automatically accumulated to your JMB account. When this is occured, please send the copy of boarding pass to JAL Mileage Bank desk via our Fax number, (021) 572-3231.

Mileage can also be accumulated from JAL Partner Airlines such as American Airlines (AA), Air France (AF), British Airways (BA) Cathay Pacifi (CX) Emirates (EK), and Dragon Airlines (KA), using eligible fares. If you have JAL Partner Airlines frequent flyer program, you may choose to which program the flight Miles will be credited to.

HOW TO ENSURE YOUR MILES ARE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Flight mileage will be reflected in your account automatically four until five days after your flight date. Mileage for JMB partner airlines will be reflected in your account within two until four weeks. For Special Maileage Campaign, flight mile will be

Please visit our website and try to login by entering your JMB Membership Number and PIN.To identify your PIN number please call the JAL office in your area of residence.
HOW TO REQUEST POST-FLIGHT CREDIT

If your mileage is not appear in your JMB account,you may request post-flight credit by sending a copy of your airline ticket or electronic ticket receipt and your boarding passes along with your name and JMB membership number to JAL office in your area of residence.
Requests must be made after enrollment and flight dates may not over than six months.
